Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food products quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and freezers safely
• Communicate clearly and politely with team members to ensure customer orders are correct
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas
• Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness and availability
• Assist in daily prep work and thorough cleaning of the grill and kitchen areas
• Support a positive team environment to deliver consistent quality and great customer service

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and good manners
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and local health regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to read order monitors
• Team player who can interact well with coworkers and customers
