We’re looking for a
Cook and/or Line Cook to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-energy environment and wants to grow their skills while helping deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests — all while working under an award-winning Executive Chef.
What You’ll Do
Prepare ingredients for service, including washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, proteins, and other items
- Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout each shift
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Confidence working in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak service times
- Basic math skills for measuring, portioning, and following recipes
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
