Cook – Asian & Filipino Cuisine responsible for preparing and cooking Asian and Filipino dishes for a seasonal food booth operation. Duties include preparing ingredients such as cutting meats and vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling food items. Cook menu items including pork adobo rice bowls, lumpia, empanadas, and other Asian-inspired dishes using grills, fryers, and stovetop equipment. Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards. Portion and package food orders for customers and assist with maintaining a clean and organized food preparation area. Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory, and restocking supplies to support daily food booth operations during seasonal festival and market events.
