Cook

Position Summary:
Cook needed for a residential health care facility located in Athens, Ohio. Will be assisting by:

• Preparing and serving daily meals according to approved menu.
• Ensure food is prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
• Maintain accurate records related to food temperatures, inventory, and inspections.
• Other projects as needed.

This is a temp-to-direct, full-time position that starts immediately. The work is still being determined, but it will be 40 hours per week (full-time) and day-time hours. It could include one weekend day. The pay rate is $12 per hour. If hired on direct, benefits are available.

Qualifications:
Diploma or GED preferred. Must have some kitchen or cooking knowledge, but there will also be training provided. Must be reliable and trustworthy, and must have the physical ability to perform the work efficiently and safely. This facility requires a background check.
