The Role
As a Grill Cook at The Bagel Hole, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing breakfast sandwiches and other menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently.
Responsibilities include operating the grill, cooking eggs and breakfast meats, assembling orders according to our recipes and quality standards, reading tickets and managing multiple orders during busy rushes, completing daily food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, keeping ingredients properly stocked, following all food safety and sanitation procedures, and working closely with the entire team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive, team-first attitude and takes pride in the food they prepare. The right person will be dependable, hardworking, coachable, detail-oriented, and able to move with urgency in a fast-paced kitchen.
Previous grill or restaurant experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic. Morning and weekend availability is important.
Compensation
We offer Grill Cooks a guaranteed minimum of $15/hour, combining base pay plus tips. If tips fall short, we cover the difference and if you earn more, you keep every dollar.
