Is responsible for the production of food items for both patient as well as retail. The position is also responsible for prepping items for the next day 's patient and retail menu. This position is also called upon to support catering and other food outlets as necessary. The employee is also required to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and maintains equipment in clean, good working conditions. Education And CredentialsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. ExperienceOne year full time or two years part time as a cook or cooks assistant in a food service institutional setting is required. Appropriate food preparation experience in a commercial (restaurant) food service setting may be accepted with in the same time frame.
