Busy Boys is looking for hardworking, dependable Grill Cooks/Prep Cooks who take pride in preparing great food and keeping a clean, organized kitchen. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive under pressure, and want to be part of a growing restaurant brand, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Cook burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken, wings, rice bowls, and other menu items to company standards.
- Prepare ingredients including vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items.
- Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.
- Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy during busy meal periods.
- Stock and organize workstations throughout each shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
- Clean grills, prep areas, equipment, and kitchen throughout the day.
- Work with teammates to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory using FIFO.

Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work around hot equipment, grills, fryers, and kitchen machinery.
- Bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift.
