Position Summary: The Cook 1 - Temp Pool Position will provide skilled labor and skilled cooking/production for Dining Service and support for WOU Services. Follow and uphold department policies and standards Responsible for menu items prepared "made to order"; clean up, set -up and stocking of the Areas as needed. Monitors students in all areas of Service and Production to ensure standardized recipes in additi on, ensure that sanitary production and serving methods are followed at all service locations. Required Qualifications: • one year of experience as a cook in a commercial food service facility; OR • possession of a Certificate of Completion in culinary arts and/or Foods and Hospitality Service from a certified community college or technical school.
