The Food Quality Expert/Captain Mission ensures the delivery of high-quality, tasty, hot food quickly to guests.
- Maintain a clean, safe food handling environment and a sense of urgency.
- Serve as the final quality control, ensuring food arrives at peak quality with appealing presentation, taste, and temperature.
- Address special requests and coordinate orders efficiently, including online orders.
- Work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and keep uniforms and areas tidy and ready.
- Follow safety regulations, participate in training, and meet performance standards.
- Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, food prep experience, and the ability to stand for long periods. Must use safety knowledge and equipment properly.
