Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen manager or head chef
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Handle and store food products in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with dishwashing, bussing tables, and other tasks as needed

Skills:
- Culinary skills: Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Hospitality: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
- Restaurant experience: Familiarity with working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Bussing: Understanding of bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a positive manner
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to maintain safety standards
- Food safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
