We're hiring an experienced Cook with a strong culinary background, ideally with fine dining and scratch kitchen experience, to join our team.
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare restaurant-quality, scratch-made meals with excellent presentation and consistency
- Follow menu planning, dietary guidelines, and food safety standards
- Execute scratch cooking techniques, including prep, seasoning, and plating
- Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and kitchen cleanliness
- Deliver a high-level hospitality dining experience for residents
Qualifications:
- 1+ year professional cooking experience (scratch kitchen or restaurant preferred)
- Fine dining experience highly preferred
- Culinary training or degree a plus
- Knowledge of scratch cooking, knife skills, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Reliable, team-oriented, and hospitality-focused
