Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Cook to join our dietary team. We're looking for a dependable team player who can prepare quality meals and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals according to menus and dietary guidelines
- Ensure food quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards are met
- Check trays for correct resident diets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with dietary staff and other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking or dietary experience preferred
- Healthcare or nursing facility experience is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team
