Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare. Our Concord, MA location serves adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, and we are currently looking for full-time and part-time Cooks to join our team.

In this vital role, you will support our clients’ recovery journeys by preparing and providing nutritious, well-prepared meals in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Position Details:

• Employment Options: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available based on candidate availability and program needs, including a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Starting Pay: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals in accordance with dietary standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during all food handling processes
• Complete required documentation, including food and equipment temperature logs
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with the proper receiving, rotating, and storage of food and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous food service or cooking experience preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred; training may be available
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a commitment to supporting client wellness
