Belmont Brew House is looking for an experienced Cook to join our small but mighty kitchen team.

We re a locally owned brew house in Garden City with 43 rotating taps, a busy kitchen, and a team that works hard without taking itself too seriously. Our menu includes pizza, wings, sandwiches, salads, tots, appetizers, and other pub favorites.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen but isn t looking for the complexity of a traditional full-service restaurant line. We don t have a fryer or a dozen different stations. We do have busy rushes, high standards, and customers who expect their food to come out hot, accurate, and delicious every time.

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
  
• Handle prep and keep your station stocked and ready
  
• Wash dishes and help keep the dish area clean and moving throughout your shift
  
• Work with the kitchen team to keep food moving during busy shifts
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards
  
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized
  
• Jump in and help where needed because that s how small teams work
  
• What We re Looking For
  
  • Must be at least 18 years old
    
  • At least 1 year of professional cooking experience required
    
  • Must have availability for a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
    
  • Dependable and able to show up on time and ready to work
    
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace
    
  • Able to communicate well and be part of a team
    
  • Someone who takes pride in doing the job right without bringing unnecessary drama into the kitchen
