About the Role:
Dhillon Hotel Inc in Great Falls, MT is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor food storage, freshness, and proper labeling to minimize waste
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a commercial kitchen preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and cooking methods
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
