About the Role:

Join The Brass Tap at Hampton Cove as a Cook and become a key player in our vibrant kitchen team! We're looking for passionate culinary professionals to help us deliver exceptional dishes in a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions as needed
Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and prepping
Ability to work under pressure and meet ticket times
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Food safety certification is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for creating delicious dishes and a love for food

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
