Will assist with the stocking or food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines and may be responsible for serving meals. Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients and make available for the meal preparation. Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances as required.Essential functions:* Assist in the preparation of foods; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients* Prepare vegetables, salads, meats, breads, and desserts as instructed or routinely set forth in an appetizing and appealing manner.* Assist in washing dishes/utensils, and store in orderly fashion.* Assist with service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean.* Promote and support positive customer service.Education and Experience Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent* One (1) year experience* Valid food handler's permit.* A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.Why: Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
