POSITION SUMMARY: The Cook I job includes an ongoing commitment to the preparation of quality food products and service excellence. The Cook I should have some experience working in a cook position demonstrating a willingness to learn new techniques including all facets of cooking, food presentation and consistency through recipe implementation. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization’s strategic plan and the goals. The Cook I reports direct to the Executive Sous Chef. POSITION SUMMARY:
