The cook is responsible for the operation of the food service including meal preparation, serving, dishwashing, and kitchen and dining operations. Assuring menus accommodate residential allergies, special health requirements, etc.Provide meals for residents working/attending school outside of the houseAssist residents with food preparation and work therapy in the kitchen and dining areasMaintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen including dishwashing, kitchen and dining operationsAll other duties as assigned Schedule:Part-Time or Full-Time, dayshift hours, including some weekends/rotations.
