JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for the preparation of all meals for patient services, the café, and catering; follows all applicable recipes or procedures when cooking; monitors food temperature, storage, rotation, and workstation sanitation to ensure meals are prepared according to hospital safety standards. May perform other duties related to food service or safety.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High diploma, GED, or Foreign equivalentIn lieu of H.S.
