Country Chicken N' Fish is hiring a Cook in Lakeland who cares about the food they serve, the people they work with, and improving their craft. You'll help carry on a local tradition while building your skills in a busy kitchen where every order matters.

• Preparing chicken, fish, gizzards, and Southern sides using CCF's recipes and quality standards.
• Serving food that is hot, fresh, consistent, and something you're proud to hand to a guest.
• Managing cooking times and communicating clearly so orders move quickly and accurately.
• Keeping your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready.
• Following food-safety procedures and using equipment safely.

This role involves standing during shifts, working around hot cooking equipment, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
