We have multiple openings available for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in preparing quality meals. Whether you have previous restaurant experience or are looking to grow your culinary skills, we encourage you to apply.Requirements for the Cook / Line Cook

• Previous cooking, food preparation, restaurant, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen if required.

Cook / Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ensure meals are properly portioned, plated, and presented.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support kitchen operations during busy meal periods and special events.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to provide an excellent guest experience.

Rewards and Schedule for the Cook / Line Cook

• Pay: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Multiple shift options available shift times may vary depending on seasonal needs of the resort:
  • Breakfast Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Midday Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available.
