Cook/Line Cook

• Day and evening shifts available
  
• Must be flexible to work days and nights
  
• Open Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  
• Closed Sundays
  

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
  
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service periods
  
• Communicate effectively with team members
  
• Help ensure a positive guest experience through consistent food quality
  

• Previous restaurant cooking experience preferred
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  
• Team-oriented attitude
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• Food Handler Certification a plus
