What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes including ph , stir-fries, and other traditional specialties
• Perform prep work including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and organizing ingredients
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely, quality meal preparation
• Follow recipes and plating standards to maintain consistency
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
