**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Under the direction of the Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef, the Line
Cooks primary responsibility is to Cook base items needed in filling
orders based on established recipes or customer requests while
maintaining Air Chef Standards. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

**At all times the employee is to conduct himself or herself in the
utmost professional manner whether they are dealing with internal or
external customers. **
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the
functions of the job
- Works under general supervision
- Ensures that all food preparations and presentations meet
specifications and commitment to quality
- Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. Butchering of
meats and fish
- Dress professionally and within the guidelines of Company
procedures including the company approved uniform
- All other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager / Executive
Chef
**REQUIREMENTS **
High school graduate minimum, Culinary school highly preferred with
experience in new culinary trends Individual must have 2-3 years of
experience in a kitchen environment within a catering or fine dining
establishment as well as a current Safe Food Handling Certificate.
Demonstrated ability to take orders and follow through as well as work
well with others in a team-driven, fast-paced environment is essential.
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated to
assist in preparation and presentation. The Cook must have a valid
drivers license, an excellent driving record, and be able to pass a FAA
on-ramp security clearance and pre-employment and random drug and
alcohol screenings.
