Summary of Position:

We are looking for an experienced Prep/Line Cook who shares our mission to be an integral part of our kitchen team at our Sport Complex and Retreat Center (SCRC) including setup, cooking, serving, cleanup, etc. as well as health & safety and customer relations.We prefer 1+ years related experience in a restaurant or catering kitchen, but are willing to train the right person!

On our 250 acre athletic complex we host local, regional and international events, including sport events, camps, meetings and banquets.

Details about the role:

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes

• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items

• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.

• Assure the use of correct portions when cutting, preparing and serving items

• Advise Executive Chef of kitchen and food supply orders per schedule

• Assist in service of banquet center events as needed
