We are looking for Cook in Cerritos, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Follows all recipes and performs food preparation & cooking duties including meat, salad, appetizers, entree, etc.
- Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available
- Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
Qualifications:
- Equivalent experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.Â
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- Must maintain good hygiene
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm
- Be a team player with strong work ethics
- Must be able to work weekends and holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year)
- Must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week.
Pay and Benefits:
- Wage averages to about $16.50 per hour + Tips
- Raise after training and regularly based on performance.Â
