We are seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as a Cook.

  • Responsible for preparing and ensuring the quality, freshness, and proper presentation of Hot Choice Buffet products, including carving and display cooking items.
  • Operate grills and fryers to meet food safety and quality standards, restock items, and assist guests with carved meats when needed.
  • Maintain correct temperatures, follow production guides, and manage inventory using FIFO methods.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment, adhering to health regulations.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, conduct inventory checks, and maintain equipment.
  • Provide friendly guest service, ensuring hot and fresh buffet items and assisting guests courteously.

  • This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. All hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.
