The Skinny Pancake, a Vermont-based local food creperie, is excited to announce the opening of our Peabody, MA, location! We are a mission-driven food service company with a long history of positive impact through our local food sourcing and community engagement. We create a ‘comfort-casual’ community-oriented restaurant experience for our guests and a supportive, growth-oriented workplace for our team members.

We invite experienced, hospitality-minded professionals to join our restaurant team as cooks in part-time positions. If you are passionate about preparing quality food in a fast-paced environment and love the local food scene we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, nights and weekends are required
• Reliable, honest, respectful, and supportive of others
• Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing presentation, quality, or cleanliness
• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
• Motivated to learn quickly and grow in a professional, team-oriented environment
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Preparing food to order while maintaining quality, timing, and consistency standards
• Perform opening and closing kitchen duties
• Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, and cleaning
• Follow sanitation procedures
• Utilizing recipes and portion control
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
