Key Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient service
• Prepare food by cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
• Plate dishes following senior chef’s guidance to ensure visual appeal and quality
• Collaborate with fellow cooks to maintain a team-focused approach to food production and service
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to kitchen schedules
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook, ideally in a high-end restaurant setting
• Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
• Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
• Sharp attention to detail with multitasking ability under pressure
• Knowledge of meat, poultry, and seafood preparation is a plus
