Part-Time Cook - Anam Memory Care Location: Rockford, Illinois

Anam Memory Care is a warm and supportive assisted living community dedicated to caring for individuals living with dementia. Our mission is to provide compassionate, person-centered care that supports the mind, body, and spirit of every resident. We are growing and looking for a dependable Part-Time Cook to join our team and help create nutritious, enjoyable meals for our residents.

Position Summary The Part-Time Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. This role plays an important part in residents' daily comfort and well-being.

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary needs
• Ensure food is served in a timely and appealing manner
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

Qualifications Self-motivated, dependable, and compassionate Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask 1+ year of food service or kitchen experience preferred Food Sanitation Certificate required Experience working in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care is a plus

Schedule Part-time hours (schedule to be discussed during interview) Includes evenings, weekends, or holidays
