Job Title: Cook
Requirements: 2 years’ culinary experience in Chinese Cuisine; Certification for Chinese Culinary Chef/Cook; 3 months training in cuisine and cooking
Job Duties:Prepare and pre-process various raw materials and ingredients to execute orders; Operate daily cooking and perform fundamental culinary tasks such as stir-frying, roasting, steaming, boiling, and other standard Chinese cooking techniques under Head Chef's supervision; Ensure food are of good quality and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health and food safety regulations; Assist the Head Chef in menu production and training all staff.
Salary: $50,690 per year
