A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are seeking a Cook - Full-Time.
- $19 to $21 per hour based oncircumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
- Schedule = 10am to 6:30pm.
Cook Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licensure/Certifications: Active Approved ANSI accredited/ Serv Safe certificate.
- Experience in food preparation and/or basic cooking in a Long-Term Care (Skilled Nursing Facility) required.
- Background check after Offer of Employment.
Cook Job Summary:
- Prepare lunch and dinner meals for all diets including texture modifications.
- Prepare meals timely, using proper sanitation principles, be of proper temperature and appealing to look at.
- Complete all assignments including Prep work prior to end of shift.
- Use of proper dating and labeling at all times.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen food preparation areas.
