Join our team of amazing individuals today!Pay Range: $20-$23 DOEResponsibilities:Ability to make appropriate substitutions to menu when necessary and report such to dietary managerAbility to plan and organize time and food preparation to specified time Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment Review of tray card to assure that current food information is consistent with food servedAssemble food trays according to diet and resident's food preferences as written on diet ticket Follow posted cleaning schedule utilizing proper sanitation and cleaning methods Follow infection control and safety measuresOther duties as assigned by Cook or Dietary ManagerRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of one year cooking in retirement/hospitality environment Current Food Handlers Card Ability to speak, understand, read and write in EnglishExperience in skilled nursing facility preferredBenefits:Full benefits package - Medical, Dental, and Vision401k Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time off
