Candidates should have 3-5 years of high-volume cooking experience and a culinary certificate is preferred. Responsibilities include preparing quality food according to recipes, ensuring proper portioning and temperatures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards such as HACCP. The role also involves equipment operation, record keeping, and supporting production planning.
