• Follow selected recipes for meals to be prepared • Ensure all meals are prepared and served at proper temperatures • Ensure needed and appropriate supplies are available prior to the start of any cooking cycle • Attends and participates in continuing educational programs designed to keep abreast of changes in culinary profession • Maintain Sanitation and Safety Standards
