Must have the ability to work effectively with and for people. Serve Safe Certification required in first year of employment, provided by the facility.Experience: Two (2) years food preparation experience preferred. Healthcare or volume food preparation experience preferred.License/Certification: Serve Safe is strongly desired.Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is generally works in the kitchen with exposure to heat from ovens, hot foods, cleaning chemicals, equipment and metal objects. Employees also work with knives, mixers, dicer's, slicers and other sharp objects.
