The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Insomnia Cookies to find qualified candidates for a Cookie Crew Member in Staten Island, New York. Position Overview:The Cookie Crew Member plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer by providing friendly service and preparing high-quality bakery products. This position assists customers with placing orders, answers questions about menu items, and helps ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. Cookie Crew members also support bakery operations by baking cookies, preparing ice cream orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Success in this role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position is located in Staten Island, New York.
