This is a great opportunity for a Cooking Supervisor to break into the Healthcare Field. This position with the Dietary Department comes with a work/life balance that includes not being scheduled past 6:30 pm as well as every other weekend OFF. These work schedules are few and far between in the Food Industry.
Responsibilities with this position include: • Cooking for patients and hospital staff • Prepping of items for both patients and hospital staff • Supervising the department when Management is not present • Strict recipe adherence to ensure patient safety • Following all food safety guidelines and making sure others are as well • Following all sanitation guidelines and making sure others are as well
REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum age of 18 years' old (required) • Minimum of 3 Years of Commercial Cooking Experience (preferred) • Minimum of 1 Year of Supervisory Experience (preferred) • ServSafe Certified (preferred but not necessary) • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
