We are seeking motivated Cooks of all experience levels to prepare high-quality hot and cold food items across our restaurant outlets and team member dining areas. What Youll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes and techniques
• Work across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Live the GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate our guests
• Support kitchen operations including prep, stocking, and cleanliness

What Were Looking For

• Restaurant, catering, or culinary experience preferred (all levels encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of basic to advanced cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
