Primary Function and Purpose
In accordance with the established mission, policies and procedures of Cheryl&Co. and/or specific instructions from the Food Production Manager, the position of Cooling Room Attendant is to act in a key position of quality assurance and control between the baking rooms and frosting area and/or product packing.
Coverage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Tracking and ensuring product quality and consistency through performing and recording product weight and measurements
- Managing and organizing space and positioning of product racks to ensure easy and efficient transportation
- Notifying Management / Quality Assurance in case of any product abnormality that would affect product quality
Qualifications
- Use of scale and caliper necessary
- Ability to clearly read & write in English and perform basic math
- High School Degree preferred
- Previous food production experience preferred
- Able to work a 8 hour shift on your feet without issue
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11am (work a 8 hour shift between these times)
