Cooling Tower Area Service Manager

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, is seeking to hire a Cooling Tower Area Service Manager to lead and support the day-to-day operations of our Cooling Tower service team. This role will work closely with technicians, Resource Coordination, Sales, Estimating, and Procurement to ensure service needs are accurately evaluated, properly scheduled, and completed. Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily Cooling Tower service operations to promote safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
• Provide direction and technical support to Cooling Tower service technicians.
• Coordinate with Resource Coordination to schedule service calls, site visits, job walks, and other operational needs.
• Partner with Sales to identify customer needs, develop service opportunities, and provide technical expertise.
• Attend monthly sales meetings to promote a shared understanding of Cooling Tower capabilities and service needs.
• Conduct site visits and job walks with Sales and Operations.
• Use XOI to document job-site conditions and develop scopes of work, material lists, labor-hour estimates, subcontractor requirements, and rental-equipment needs.
• Coordinate with the Estimating and Procurement Specialist to ensure complete and accurate information is provided promptly.
• Participate in proposal turnover meetings with Estimating, Field Supervisors, Sales, and other operational team members.
• Review proposals for accuracy and ensure they are provided to the appropriate customer and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding service needs, recommendations, and job status.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve service concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Promote professional, positive, and responsive communication among employees, customers, and business partners.
• Maintain current technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications.
