A home care agency is seeking a Coordination Director to lead and manage the Coordination Department. This role ensures the effective scheduling and coordination of home care services, oversees a team of coordinators, and collaborates with clinical and administrative departments to maintain compliance, improve client satisfaction, and support agency growth.
Responsibilities for the Coordination Director:
Lead and manage the coordination team, including training, supervising, and evaluating service coordinators.
Develop and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members to promote a productive and motivated work environment.
Ensure all client cases are staffed promptly and appropriately based on client needs, caregiver qualifications, and agency standards.
Monitor daily schedules, service hours, and attendance to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications for Coordination Director:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in home care coordination, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of home care programs such as PCA and LHCSA.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
