Coordinator, Administrative Program

The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah is seeking a full-time Administrative Program Coordinator to support the Eccles School. This dynamic role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment.This role requires a self-starter who can quickly learn new systems and processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet a variety of deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Prior experience with university or campus administrative systems is a plus. We are looking for someone who contributes to a collaborative environment, effectively communicates, and who brings a positive and professional attitude to the team.
