Coordinator Advising & Special Projects - PT 20 hours per week Posted On June 17 2026 Hours Part Time Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative Support for the Office of Academic Advising• Provide reception support in 212 F during selected high-traffic hours answerbasic questions and direct students to appropriate resources greet guests tooffice manage messages and make copies.• Assist with processing adddrop requests.• Assist with pre-registration and general registration support.• Answer student questions related to policies independent studies extra creditprocesses and eligibility.• Compose and send standard academic correspondence notices and letters inresponse to faculty and staff reports.• Provide additional Academic Standards Committee support as needed.• Provide administrative support for off-campus and exchange programs.• Other academic advising administrative tasks as assigned.Administrative Support for Special Projects• Support the planning and implementation of exhibitions archival researchprojects and public events in coordination with Associate Dean internaldepartments and external institutions.• Provide administrative support for other special project and administrative tasksas assigned. SKILLSREQUIREMENTS• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with students faculty and staff• Highly organized• Excellent computer and writing skills• Flexible and diplomatic team player• 2-3 years of administrative experience in an arts or educational environment• Mac literate proficiency in Microsoft Office required knowledge of Photoshop isa plus EDUCATION• College degree preferred Pay rate 26.01 per hour This is a unionized position.
