In this role you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive fan engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and expand audience development efforts across the organization.Your Role on the TeamAssist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational brand and fan development strategiesCoordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, creative assets, approvals, and cross-functional communicationSupport the implementation of seasonal marketing plans, tentpole campaigns, and promotional initiativesHelp execute culturally relevant and audience-focused marketing programs informed by fan insights and demographic trendsSupport grassroots marketing initiatives designed to grow awareness and engagement within local communitiesCoordinate youth-focused programs, school outreach efforts, clinics, and community-based activationsAssist with the development and distribution of promotional materials and outreach assetsHelp identify opportunities to connect with emerging, multicultural, and next-generation fan audiencesCoordinate logistics and execution for theme nights, fan experiences, community events, and in-market activationsSupport gameday and non-game-day experiential marketing efforts that enhance fan engagement and brand visibilityCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute memorable fan experiencesAssist in managing event timelines, vendor coordination, staffing needs, and on-site activation supportTrack campaign performance metrics and assist with recaps and reporting.Support fan engagement tracking, attendance reporting, and promotional performance analysisMaintain project calendars, marketing inventories, event documentation, and campaign schedulesAssist with budgeting, invoicing, and operational coordination as needed.Work closely with teams across Marketing, Community Relations, Partnerships, Ticketing, Digital Media, and Creative ServicesCollaborate with external agencies, community organizations, and event vendorsProvide operational support across multiple marketing initiatives and special projectsYour Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in sports marketing, brand marketing, events, experiential marketing, or community engagementStrong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with social media, event coordination, and marketing campaign executionProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools preferred.Ability to work nights, weekends, and events as requiredWe believe great organizations are built by great people.
