About the RoleA healthcare organization in Brooklyn is looking for a Coordinator to be the go-to contact for patients and caregivers. You'll keep services running smoothly, build real relationships with families and referral sources, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Full training is provided, so this is a great fit whether you're experienced in healthcare or coming in fresh.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

• Maintain regular communication with patients and caregivers
• Address questions and resolve concerns in a timely manner

Service Coordination

• Coordinate services and ensure client needs are met
• Track client progress and follow up as needed
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Relationship Building

• Build strong relationships with families and referral sources

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
