Division: Advanced Technology Cores

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Houston, TX

Salary Range: $47,372 - $55,731

FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Summary

The Advanced Technology Cores administration team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Coordinator, Business Operations. The Coordinator, Business Operations will provide support to the ATC Director of Business Operations and ATC Business Operations Lead by scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, working on special projects, and other duties. The candidate will also provide support for routine to complex business transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, self-motivated, can multi-task and work well in a team environment.

Job Duties

  • Supports the Director of Business Operations and the Lead of Business Operations with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Routes approval request paperwork to Finance and Legal for service contracts, capital equipment quotes, and lease agreements for all ATC cores and completes resulting purchase documentation.
  • Maintains record of incoming core revenue and credit card payments from external customers to ensure proper aging and clearing of Accounts Receivable records.
  • Processes check requests, journal vouchers and other procurement documents.
  • Coordinates the review and clearing of encumbrances and blocked invoice reports for proper Accounts Payable balances.
  • Generates and distribute YTD financial reports to Core Directors.
  • Maintains ATC space, equipment lists, and inventory for all cores.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
