Summary:
The Claims Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for employees navigating workers' compensation and property liability claims and coordinates claim activities from initiation through resolution. This position partners with employees, supervisors, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators to facilitate timely claim processing, return-to-work efforts, and ongoing communication regarding claim status. The coordinator supports workplace safety initiatives, assists with safety training and risk mitigation efforts, administers insurance-related services including certificates of insurance, and contributes to the organizations overall risk management and loss prevention programs.
