Responsibilities
- Efficiently process a variety of vision insurance claims and adjustments.
- Ensure claims meet all compliance and business requirements.
- Review and prepare data for auto adjudication.
- Coordinate claim error corrections and maintain the Medicare/Medicaid Pend Claims process.
- Engage in special projects and assist in root cause analysis for claim issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of data entry experience.
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferences
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid business.
- Experience in the vision benefits and/or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
